International Search Trends
In the broader world of recruitment (not just retained search), there continues to be a trend towards greater technological functionality, particularly online capabilities.
These advances are absolutely necessary to keep pace with the staggering amount of information that is now available via the Internet, and any organization not capitalizing on these advances will be left behind. BUT paid memberships for access to career opportunities, new networking portals (i.e. Avatars), and the rampant number of DIY networking and executive information sites can lead to overload for most unsuspecting clients. The basics of search will always be the same, and most organizations just don’t have the resources in-house to conduct a full-scale executive search. So we continue to identify valuable and relevant tools to assist our clients in finding the best talent available in the world. We, and our IIC Partners are improving communication and news dissemination, focusing on specialization in industry sectors, offering salary surveys and other relevant industry information. Our goal is to focus on our clients’ needs and provide the same level of recruiting expertise and assistance internationally as we do domestically.
