By focusing on achieving small, but important ‘easy wins’, they'll gain confidence and establish a good reputation before setting out to achieve more difficult goals. Once they’re familiar with the operation, and have built a track record of success, the executive can tackle larger and more complex challenges, working up to the 'home run' later.
