I attended our IIC Partners Annual General Meeting last month, and had a chance to get updated on search trends from across the Americas region, as well as Europe and Asia-Pacific.
While the search industry hasn’t changed drastically over the past decade, one thing that has become increasingly clear is the need for an international recruitment strategy. In every region, our partners are being asked to conduct searches outside of their local area or industry, due to globalization, increased competition and talent shortages. Having international connections is no longer a benefit – it’s a necessity.
